Thank you to all who have ordered with Kent Turkeys.
We just wanted to confirm that our collections will all be going ahead as planned, working to our usual “click & collect” system.

We will of course be adhering to all current guidelines in relation to COVID-19 & Tier 4 and we politely request your help in making sure all our collection points are able to run in an efficient way.

Please help us by:
Ensuring you have your order number to hand either as a printed confirmation or on your phone.

Arrive within the times stated for your chosen collection point (a full list is below).

When queuing, keep at least 2m between you & the next person.

For indoor collection points please wear a mask.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided.

Keep contact with surfaces to a minimum.

Where possible please attend your collection individually or
bring the minimum amount of people possible.

If you are unsure, our team will be on hand to help and answer any queries.

 

Further information on collecting your turkey – please note, this is strictly by pre-order only, we have sold out of all products for Christmas 2020.

Our collections start from Tuesday – please make sure you have double checked your order confirmation and that you know your collection point including date & time.  A full list of collection points may be found below.

If you have paid a deposit only, the balance for your order will be due on collection.  We aim to have card machines at all collection points, though reception can be intermittent therefore if possible please do bring cash. At the farm we can take cash or card.
