The KellyBronze Galantine is the crown deboned with legs & thighs left on – giving the perfect ratio of white and brown meat.  A delicious way to enjoy our turkey, cooked as it comes or may be stuffed at home prior to cooking.

Please allow 48 hours for your turkey Galantine to defrost before cooking.
