Turkey & Cranberry Pie
Free range KellyBronze Turkey and Cranberry Pie, made locally in Biddenden using our own turkey in a delicious white sauce. Â Our turkey pies are sold frozen – defrost before use and simply cook for 20-25minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C or gas mark 5.

Ingredients: Â Turkey, cranberry, onion, carrot, CELERY, leek, MILK, salt, glucose syrup, flavourings, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable oil, colour, sugar, water, maize starch, chicken stock (water, chicken extract, onion, tomato, carrot extract, herb, CELERY extract, spices, garlic. Â Pastry: wheat flour (WHEAT, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), vegetable shortening (palm & rapeseed oils) margarine (vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier, (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids)), preservatives (potassium sorbet, citric acid), colour (annatto & curcumin), flavourings, MILK, salt, water, EGG.

The KellyBronze is the direct descendant of the turkeys that took Henry VIII and the noble Tudor table by storm. The KellyBronze turkey is raised wild – free to run and forage in woodlands across four seasons. We still follow the age-old tradition of plucking them by hand and dry hanging them to allow the flavour to intensify and the meat to tenderise. It’s not the easiest, nor the cheapest way to farm turkeys but the KellyBronze is a royalty amongst roasts.
